use the submission form to submit advertising materials for online use.
You can print the form and snail-mail it, or email as an attachment it
to the Editor-in-Chief, editor@magazine.embs.org
GENERAL
Please
identify and label the material being submitted as one of the following
type of ads: Recruitment Advertisement, Product/Service Banner
Advertisement, or Sponsorship.
Supply
the URL for your advertisement. This is the link/Web address that the
ad will connect with when a viewer clicks on it. An example of a URL
is: http://magazine.embs.org.
Supply
the dates/length of time that the advertisement has been paid to run…in
other words, the duration of the program. This is especially important
for ads that will run longer than 2 months (this is standard) or which
start from any point in a month other than the first of the month (late
ads).
Please supply the correct spelling/presentation of your company name as you would like it to appear in our advertising index.

BANNER
ADS - (provide in addition to items listed above under GENERAL.) Banner
ads are sold in the three sizes. Your ad creative must be prepared to
the image size and file size specifications listed as follows:
* FULL BANNER (468x60 pixels) - file size no larger than 15k) * HALF BANNER (234x60 pixels- file size no larger than 10k) * BUTTON BANNER (120x60 pixels - file size no larger than 5k)
* Provide the advertisement in one of these file formats:
1.
.GIF file if the advertiser is sending the creative directly to us to
put up. .GIF Animations are acceptable. Animations should be set to
stop looping after 3 times. THIS IS THE MOST EASILY ACCEPTABLE FORMAT.
2. THIRD PARTY ADS (Generic HTML)- the contact and location/URL for your ad on your advertisers ad server.
3. For FLASH and other Rich Media formats your advertiser will need to prepare the files for our website.
